Terms of use and conditions

1. Payment must be made in full in order for work to begin. A full refund can be requested if I have not begun ANY work. After I have begun sketching/concepting, the max refund you may receive is 50% of your commission. After you have approved any sketches/concepts, a refund will not be given.
2. Once completed, the commission will be delivered as-is and edits or refunds will not be offered.
3. We reserve the right to use all content we produce (IE for marketing/advertising). We will NEVER sell or provide assets to anyone other than the person that commissioned them.
4. We reserve the right to turn down any commission.
5. If you cannot be reached the week before your commission is scheduled to be worked on, you will be removed from the queue.
6. You will be contacted via Discord within 2-3 business days of your form submission to verify that we received it. If you do not hear from us by then, please contact Wookie#6969 on Discord.
